Why does a random mole have rage boost and an aoe attack that does allcancel and deathblow. 140

I'm playing Psychonauts 2 and it doesn't let you do it unless its a dodge out of a psy blast...like its too many extra steps for no reason. 100

Really disappointing end to my 150 hour game, I did like it but also the lack of production values made everything kinda fizzle out. 100
