To add: Not only no justice? No support. I mean material support. In the huge huge minority of assault cases that GET a trial they go "Ok guilty" (sometimes) and that's expected to be the end of it. Survivors pay for our own therapy. We shoulder the burden of our own recovery. Nobody helps.

With Sakura Wars turning thirty, here's the first place I ever heard about the game: Casey Loe's review in the December 1996 issue of Gamefan. American magazines from this era tended to mock "dating sims" if they covered them at all, but this is a pretty good piece.

Happy 30 years to the N64! It's hard to believe it's that old already and I have a lot of nostalgia of it. My first N64 game was renting Pilotwings 64 at Blockbuster and first one I owned was Super Mario 64. It still has my fav classics like OOT, Mystical Ninja, Mischief Makers and others.

People tend to think of localized titles and names as primarily a thing official anime releases but fansubs were also guilty of making odd choices. Like I remember the old Sailor Moon fansubs that localized Princess Kakyuu’s name as Princess Fireball.

I also think Tenchi Forever is a better title than Tenchi The Movie Tenchi In Love 2. It fits the movie better thematically and also the movie has like zero to do with the first Tenchi In Love movie.
