We often listen while already preparing our answer. But sometimes the most helpful thing we can do is pause and ask one more question. People rarely need us to have every answer. They need to feel that we’ve understood what matters to them.

You get whom—and what—you vote for. Before an election, we can see how people lead and communicate, and what a party stands for. Voting out of habit, frustration or protest has consequences. A vote gives power—and with it comes responsibility.

When an AI “breaks out,” I don’t just see an AI problem. I see a management problem. Who gave it access, permissions and autonomy without sufficient safeguards? AI may act unpredictably—but responsibility remains human. Technology needs boundaries. Leadership must set them. #AI

43.8% for the AfD in Saxony-Anhalt sounds huge. In absolute terms, 576,037 people voted for them — about 0.95% of all eligible voters in Germany. It was a state election, of course. Still, perspective matters.

I teach children and teenagers every week. What I see is simple: not everyone needs the same pace, the same support or the same path. For years, studies have shown who is most likely to fall behind. Maybe the real challenge is no longer knowing what is wrong. It is finally acting on it.

Young people don’t need a world without technology. They need to learn how not to lose themselves in it. Maybe our job as adults is less about banning everything — and more about helping them discover who they are beyond likes, feeds and expectations. 🧭
