Exactly, between now and the end of the season I'd like to see some pragmatism, try to make us hard to beat and pick up wins when we can. Summer transfer window I'd like recruitment which clearly shows a thought out plan for the future direction of the playing squad and style he (or Lutz) wants.

2) Keep looking... he has a reasonable record at St Mirren, but we should be looking for a manager who has a good record, not a reasonable one. I'm hoping this is part of a wider plan to get first choice candidate to hurry up and sign the contract on offer, but seriously doubt it

I'm not from the states so if this is idiotic excuse me! Based on current practice, could the Minnesota National Guard be used to 'invade' whichever state he cowers in, and take him back to be charged?

Honestly feel the hibs game is made for him to start in place of Pape, hopefully give us more control in the midfield with him going box to box, and gives us the option of bringing Pape on later against tired legs and brains where his chaos could be even more effective

I've read a few times how Russia won't accept European peacekeepers on Ukrainian soil. First, its not up to them as its not their country. Second, Ukraine and allies should not accept Russian troops on Ukrainian soil, including what has been occupied during Putin's illegal war!

I didn’t think Musk was a public official. Or does he change that to suit whatever narrative he is pushing at that point in time?

One of my 4th year pupils, in an SEBN school, was scathing today about the un-Christian version of Christianity which is practiced by the elite in America. It was so refreshing to see him argue clearly and logically that those people claiming to be Christian are anything but.

Mariann Budde, the Episcopal Bishop of Washington, just spoke truth to power in one of the bravest speeches I have ever heard, yet all she really did was ask the new US President to have mercy on those in need. That shouldn't require bravery, but it did. It sets an example that others must follow.

Both… neither… usual neo liberal way to deal with a problem. Throw money at it, rather than look at the root causes. We live in an aging society, put money into supporting people to grow old healthier and active, focus on prevention and early detection. Cut waiting lists at cause

My only foray into quantum computing blew my mind. There’s a thing called randonaughting, basically links you to a quantum computer, you think an ‘intention’ and it directs you to a real life place nearby which is related.

Depth, with guys who are of a standard for first team. RB, LCB, LB, ST as a priority. I don’t want us panic buying our squad is strong for what we’re prob our start of season goals. Job now and summer is to build a squad that can handle European games while not dropping the ball domestically.

Far from “protecting the family farm”, as claimed by Tom Bradshaw, president of the National Farmers’ Union (Opinion, FT.com, November 5), the inheritance tax loophole on farmland, introduced in 1984, simply pushed up the price of land without improving returns to active farmers.

This is because, like most agricultural subsidies, the value of the relief was capitalised into land values. As tax planners cottoned on to its role as a licence to avoid IHT, they advised their super-rich clients to buy land and take advantage of it. In the 20 years to 2012, the price of farmland increased fourfold.

This turned landowning farmers into millionaires but — especially since land represents a cost of production — did no good to the incomes of food producers. It created impoverished millionaires who claimed a need for more support. At the same time, because more expensive land had to be squeezed even harder for the last drop of revenue, the environmental damage caused by intensive agriculture was made worse. Taking at least some of this tax loophole away will do no harm to family farmers but will help both public revenues and the environment.

Just a shame the relief was not wholly abolished.
