Pete Dimitrov @petedimitrovart.com · 17/09/2026It's super good! Im nearly at the finish now and its been incredible. 010
Pete Dimitrov @petedimitrovart.com · 17/09/2026What a beautiful game, honestly. I can't decide if its the visuals or the strings of its soundtrack playing at my heart more. Probably both. 3180

Pete Dimitrov @petedimitrovart.com · 16/09/2026Fun part is while painting this and struggling for RAM, having UE5 constantly cry (I'm importing the result in there), I also ran out of physical memory on the SSD I was saving the psd to. 020
Pete Dimitrov @petedimitrovart.com · 16/09/2026How many gigs of memory do you need to paint a sky? 17gb? No? More? I mean I get it, its 16x8k image, its hdr, but come on Photoshop, really? 2124
Pete Dimitrov @petedimitrovart.com · 15/09/2026One of the times I could hear him walking on gravel, footsteps louder than the voice, trying to pick the words and it was the most intense thing I had heard to date. 090
Pete Dimitrov @petedimitrovart.com · 15/09/2026I have an acquaintance that answers my texts with voice messages and I take psychic damage every time I get one. Please just text or instead call. No in-between, I can’t take it. 3152
Pete Dimitrov @petedimitrovart.com · 12/09/2026Like I cant number the amount of times in past years theres been "private" projects of taking vanilla WoW and remaking old, walled off, unfinished zones. It's a surprisingly high number. Forever seems to do exactly that, but is official. 030
Pete Dimitrov @petedimitrovart.com · 12/09/2026I think it probably won't draw me fully away from Retail WoW, but Forever looks very cool and I think there is demand for something like it so I like it. 250

Pete Dimitrov @petedimitrovart.com · 12/09/2026Overwatch support heroes guns and overall kit are always creative, fun to learn and play so new support hero definitely means I’ll be going back and giving it a try. 030
Pete Dimitrov @petedimitrovart.com · 10/09/2026I get you. I think if you subbed to PS to get an odd job done, you can unsubscribe immediately and you can have them give you 70-80% of your money back. It used to never be the case but they made it more customer friendly after they were under the crossfires (rightfully so) few years ago. 000
Pete Dimitrov @petedimitrovart.com · 10/09/2026I think subs and price tags are unfairly high tbh, but if you get a perpetual license, you can stay at that version and never buy newer one. Like Painter gets amazing updates but for stylized like my work above, its not needed. You just need the basic functionality. 110
Pete Dimitrov @petedimitrovart.com · 10/09/2026Ye, Substance Painter is "Substance 3D Painter" now, and I kind of say whichever first comes to mind. Adobe renamed it some years ago after the purchased it. As for the price tag: I hate subscriptions & Adobe so I get mine as indie perpetual license on Steam. I'm kind of surprised it still exists. 110

Pete Dimitrov @petedimitrovart.com · 04/09/2026I've actually made camera facing cards in this project already, I have them, but a cylinder that is inverted flows better with the silhouette of the mushroom than any square or rectangular card. 010
Pete Dimitrov @petedimitrovart.com · 04/09/2026I invert the faces because I want a gentle glow in the distance, almost like a card that faces the camera. If I don't invert them, the cylinder is much more visible, and the glow hides big parts of the mushroom as in general too strong. 120
Pete Dimitrov @petedimitrovart.com · 03/09/2026!!! Omg thank you!! I made the entire thing and then got irritated by the edges, spent some time thinking of anything clever to fix it, but nothing came to mind. What a brilliant solution. I'll do that next. Thanks for the tip. It's exactly what I needed. 130
