This is so Georgia. One of the biggest Good Ol Boy conmen - someone who’s own election was beset with fraud - is facing down POTUS

So, I looked up Jack Smith’s career. He started out as a sex and domestic violence prosecutor, worked at the Hague prosecuting Kovasso war crimes, and was the last ditch effort to save our nation from Donald Trump. This man has seen some shit. Oodles of respect.

You know why Republicans are so incompetent? Because they consider hiring competent people “DEI“. A black woman staffer would’ve spent two seconds validating the facts.

I think one of my favorite things about working from home is that, when the cat pukes on the bed, I’m not discovering it when I get home. She’s doing it in front of me and I can wash the sheets immediately.

So Trump is going to create an “AI force“ with an “AI czar” to coordinate the administration’s approach to advanced models. Hunh. I wonder who the czar will be?

Imagine being so wealthy that it takes Egypt a decade to economically recover from your visit because you gave away so much money. Musk could never.

“A YEAR AND a half ago, few would have wagered that Pete Hegseth would consolidate power at the Pentagon” Really, Economist? It was absolutely, predictably the administration’s end goal. Remember how experienced people said “fighting now is easier than in 18 months.”? It’s 18 months later now.

I have changed up the way I do gratitude a bit. Instead of being grateful for “the cool breeze,” I look for a human agent. For example, “I’m grateful for the people who protect our public spaces so I can experience this breeze” It increases my sense of connection and community.
