The 1952 adaptation is a dog shit vehicle for James Dean and a two-dimensional point-misser. East Of Eden is one of the few literary works where I actually care about the outcome and if this is not done right, by value metrics that I alone get to define, I should be allowed vengeance.

When I was a kid they were common beginner instruments. Improvements in CNC and other manufacturing tech means entry level electrics are more affordable and consistent in quality, so beginners may be going for those and later seeking out the nylon sound as they’ve no associations with novice-hood?
