Dani’s ADHD Storytelling comic is such a classic, you may have seen a version of it. She created a book called the Anti-Planner, and it has a lot of creative tools for folks with ADHD. I have a copy and it’s great. You can get it as a digital download, too.
An illustration titled ADHD Storytelling. It’s a flowchart and at the top it says Non-ADHD Storytelling. There’s a box for the start of the story and one for the end. A single straight line connects them. Then there’s a section called ADHD Storytelling, with many lines and boxes that go all over the place. The boxes say things like “too many details,” “something I just now remembered,” “what was I talking about,” and then it finally makes it to “end of story.” There’s one more box after the end that says “apologize.”
