Zijn er dezer dagen nog STEEDS mensen die spreken over een #klimaathoax? Of zijn we in Nederland inmiddels wel om?

GP on the BBC this morning parroting the oft-heard “stay indoors between 11 and 3 because the sun is hottest then”. The sun is *most intense* then, that’s the time of day you’re most at risk of sunburn. The hottest part of the day is usually between 4-6. Thinking you’re safer at 5 is daft.

Wat wel heel erg belangrijk is, is om te weten bij welke hoeveelheid van een bepaalde stof er gevaar voor de volksgezondheid op -kàn- treden. Zo heb ik eens uitgerekend dat je om teveel Aspartaam binnen te krijgen van suikervrije kauwgom als Sportlife je een dozijn pakjes moet doorslikken per dag!

Het maakt niet zoveel uit dat er e-nummers in voeding zitten, maar WELKE e-nummers. En dan nog: als je verder gevarieerd eet dan mag je af en toe best eens een lekkere chocoladereep met een vuist vol lindas eten of van die pindas in een gekleurd jasje.
