Happy Disability Pride Month to all my friends, and individuals who have a form of disability whether it be physical, neurological, etc. There is a lot going on with the disability community at this very moment in our country & the world. But know that you are absolutely worth it.

Disability Pride Flag description

Black: Mourning & rage for those mistreated & killed by ableist violence

Green: Sensory Disabilities
Blue: Psychiatric disabilities/mental health
White: Undiagnosed & invisible disabilities
Yellow: Intellectual disabilities (neurodiversity)
Red: Physical Disabilities

That makes so much sense!! I also heard somewhere thats why they go for moving water because still water has bad bacteria or something! I just wish sometimes they would realize we would NOT poison them 🙈

pears @pearsfears.bsky.social · 26/06/2026

I really hope you dont have to do that! 😭 its not only expensive but super stressful for everyone involved Unfortunately my cat has severe allergies and can only eat one single wet food 🥲 but i mix it with a bunch of water and keep it cool, so i hope thats enough 😭

pears @pearsfears.bsky.social · 26/06/2026

I do this too!! At first it was just water but by now my cat doesnt eat well and only finishes her food when i mush it up and feed it to her like this 😭 i hope it wont get THIS hot again for a while

pears @pearsfears.bsky.social · 24/06/2026

After trying it for a bit it seems to stay cool but the cooling effect is very small :( its better for warmth in winter So i think i might take my recommendation back 😭

pears @pearsfears.bsky.social · 24/06/2026

I hope all data centers explode!!! until then I'm currently trying this out for my cat, its said to be cool for 4-6 hours after 2 hours in the fridge!

Yes! She only has her upper canine teeth and the itty bitty ones in the very front left, but she still loves to bite viciously ✌️ so she's more of a... stapler 😅 All the love to all the toothless seniors

112

pears @pearsfears.bsky.social · 16/02/2026

Awww thank you!! I try to provide all of those things to make her happy, so rest assured! (Except snacks, because there are none that she likes that she's not allergic to and can eat without teeth... its... complicated...........)

Glaub in den letzten paar Jahren ist es sehr absichtlich geworden 😭 die suchen sich teilweise in Menschenmengen die Leute, die sie mocken und machen extra videos direkt daneben....... racism ist super in vogue in Deutschland 🫠

Because we're consistently in the red & can't pay people back in a timely manner we've had to completely stop sending new eSims. That's devastating for the people of Gaza living through a genocide committed on our dime. #ConnectingGaza

here's one of the first photos i took of her when she came home in 2019 vs yesterday when i gave her her presents early 🎉

My cat Mischa sitting in a plastic transportation box and looking unsure

My cat Mischa laying on a fluffy blanket on her side, pushing her whole face into it and the toy next to her face, grabbing the blanket for better face planting physics

Me holding up a purple silverwine pillow toy and my cat sniffing it while the toy is 95% wet after she drooled all over it

My cat looking up at me from the blanket, holding the toy between her front paws

today 7 years ago Mischa came home with me! so we're counting this as her offical 13th birthday 🎉 with every year bringing new things to worry about health wise i want to celebrate every birthday we get to spend together 🥳💖

But omg yes, dont even get me started on how much capitalism affects pet care 💀💀💀 Simple health concerns shouldnt put you in financial distress that makes all the people around you advise you to "just let go" instead of paying for it 💀💀💀

Thyroid problems are so stressful just because of medications and food and vet visits alone 😭 we also have to get bloodwork and ultrasounds every 3 months bc of her liver and pancreas and thats such a huge chunk of money!!! And the 300-500 euro is nothing compared to other countries lmao

100

pears @pearsfears.bsky.social · 21/01/2026

Yes omg 🥲 while editing this it made me reflect how stressed i was this year because of it and why i was barely able to draw 🥲 and why chunks of my hair are turning white 🥲🥲

000

pears @pearsfears.bsky.social · 20/01/2026

It is unfortunately wayyy to late 🥲 I got her from the shelter, which makes things difficult already, and she came with a hernia, allergies and now arthritis Vets tell me all the time that no one would take us 🙈 And they unfortunately forgot to offer us payment installments 🥲 But thank you!!!

100

pears @pearsfears.bsky.social · 20/01/2026

This was not supposed to be a tradition, but thats what you get when you have chronic conditions 🥲 This might not seem like a lot of money but its a huge amount to me - in fact its almost 4.5 times my monthly salary and the new expensive food isnt included here 🥲 Onto a better, healther 2026!!! 🎉🐱

As we enter the New Year remember fear of making bad art is holding you back. Fear of people not liking your work is holding you back. Rejection is holding you back You'll make bad art, you'll have people not like your work, and you'll be rejected. Moving past it is half the job of being a creative

Going into 2026, a reminder for everyone who's fallen off the creative wagon, game dev, writing, art, music, whatever, no matter how long:

A post by c.a.t.y.a.y that reads, "I wonder what my art could've been if I didn't quit". Iggy responds, "I wonder what it will be if you start again"

Instead of shilling out 70-80 dollers for unfinished video games you can now spend 75€ on a finished digital watercolor commission of your oc or favorite character by yours truly. Buy here: ko-fi.com/c/feca7f4f09

digital drawing in a watercolor style of link from the legend of zelda of his early game outfit and his wooden sword. Text on top reads "digital watercolor commission 75€ per halfbody"

Literally holding my head down in shame at how i did not notice at all how much i fattened my poor old lady up 😭 no one irl believes me because all i talk about is how Mischa won't eat properly

030

pears @pearsfears.bsky.social · 03/12/2025

She seems fine otherwise!! The weight is just rough on her old lady joints 🙈🙈 i feel like a monster now, but i also felt like a monster for not giving her food if she wanted any and thought she was starving!!!! Aaaaa

120

pears @pearsfears.bsky.social · 03/12/2025

When your pet gets sick and loses a lot of weight you get very anxious about food intake and weight.... aparently this made me lose all sense and reason and Mischa has gained WAY TOO MUCH. Which is good that its possible but it def needs to be reduced now 😅 no other notes from the vet tho!!✌️
