Happy International Lesbian Day, from VGAPride! Here's one of the many lesbian pride flags (the 5-stripe variant of the "sunset" flag).

Jeff 🌸 @peabnuts123.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

I literally had to build my own stack of custom software to make a ps2 that can play fake disks and games off a hard drive. To continue the tradition, I didn’t publish it. It also doesn’t work any more 😂

Jeff 🌸 @peabnuts123.bsky.social · 17/09/2026

Hooray!! The homebrew scene on ps2 SUCKS. Hopefully this will help people make tools that work together 😅

I've thought long and hard about this, and I've decided that "there is one objectively best coordinate system" is a hill I'm willing to die on #gamedev

Screenshot of documentation: "LoPoly uses a Right-Handed, Z-up coordinate system. The benefits of this are:

- When implementing movement (e.g. player movement), you don't need to negate one of the input axes (e.g. X=X, Y=-Y as seen in RH Y-up or LH Z-up)
- When using 2D vectors (such as input from a controller), XY can be mapped directly to XY in 3 dimensions (don't have to map X=X Z=Y as seen in LH Y-up)"

What kind of school yard argument is this ???

Screenshot of text:

"As plaintiffs admit, Section 1 of the SPLA likewise explains that 'the Software is licensed to you, not sold', Sony's filing reads. "This makes sense. In the digital age, it is not plausible to allege that reasonable consumers believed they were obtaining 'ownership' of a digital
game.
"Were that the case, then Plaintiff Edward Heycock would not have been able to obtain the game Resident Evil Requiem on February 25, 2026 for $69.99 from the PlayStation Store after Plaintiff Jason Mendoza had obtained Resident Evil Requiem on February 14, 2026, because Mr Mendoza, not Sony, would have owned it then."

Search on FB messenger seems to be completely broken now. Has been for 3+ months, but I can't seem to find anybody else talking about it. Searching for messages I know exist will return 0 results, or show a result that, when clicked, takes you to the ~right "time", but the message is missing.

This is interesting because I have long now believed that people / the algo wants you to post one thing. Many popular accounts on tiktok are just the same gag over and over. Of course, I do wonder how it feels to be forced into such a narrow hole 🤷‍♀️
