The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake looks INSANE. And this is coming from someone who isn't even a particularly big Zelda fan. If any game is going to be able to stand a chance against the absolute gaming juggernaut that is GTA 6, it's this.

I just...don't understand all the hate toward the Shrek 5 character designs. The characters were young adults in the first 4 films. They're middle aged now. Of COURSE they look different.

000

Paul Cecchini (Dual World Heroes 2 out now!) @pcecchini.bsky.social · 07/06/2026

Potential hot take: games featured in showcases should be limited to, like, 5 minutes max to keep momentum going. Anything beyond that should be spun off into its own video that interested gamers can watch at their leisure.

2nd edition of the Golden Gex Gazette. I'm sorry for being gone for six months. (Especially to all my fans on Bluesky) A lot of feelings and thoughts on where to go, what direction to head in. Also wanted to thank Paul Cecchini for his help on this one. He was prompt with his responses!

As much as I don't like it, I have to give Nintendo props: not many companies are brave enough to release a variation of the SAME GAME for a FIFTH time. Star Fox is never going to go beyond 64 again, is it?

The Super Mario Galaxy Movie was a total blast! Yeah, there were definitely pacing issues and weird character motives, but I might still like it more than the first movie, even if the first movie is probably objectively better. This lifelong Mario fan had a fantastic time.

If you told kid me there'd be a time in my adult life when a FOURTH Sonic the Hedgehog movie and a SECOND Mario movie were coming out within a year of each other, I would've flailed on the floor, slobbering all over myself. What a time to be alive. #Sonic4 #TheSuperMarioGalaxyMovie

Donald Glover playing Yoshi in The Super Mario Galaxy Movie is like Vin Diesel playing Groot in the Guardians of the Galaxy films. Yeah, it's funny having a big name actor just say the character's name over and over again, but why needlessly balloon your film's budget like that?
