Re-watched Deep Red for the first time on yonks. I've only really dabbled in the giallo flicks that the critics seem to agree on unanimously, but it's clearly the best thing Argento has ever made - even if the director's cut is all over the place with Italian dubbing.

I rag on Rough Trade quite a lot here, but they do something really quite insidious that I haven't seen many retailers doing. If you cancel an order - even for a legitimate reason, like an item being delayed - they retain a percentage of what you paid, unless you take the refund as store credit.

Watching GoldenEye. Eric Serra's score is honestly one of the most batshit insane things that the franchise ever did. It's the most incongruous thing and it shouldn't work - at times it barely does - but it's part of the fabric of what makes GoldenEye GoldenEye and it's PERFECT. I love it so much.
