Important that the police and Electoral Commission take this seriously - especially as the C4 film includes footage of a claim that there's a handful of existing donors hiding who they are by passing money to others to donate in their names instead.

Grazia Deledda--The Voice of Sardinia--was the 1st Italian woman to win the Nobel Prize for #Literature (1926) for her powerful, realistic depictions of life on her native island of Sardinia & her deep, empathetic exploration of universal human struggles. She died #OTD in 1936. #LitSky #BookSky
A close-up, black-and-white photograph of a contemplative Italian author Grazia Deledda (1871–1936). She rests her chin thoughtfully against her right hand, with her fingers curved gently along her jawline. Her head is slightly tilted downward, and her eyes are softly closed or looking down, evoking an air of deep reflection, quiet genius, or creative introspection. Her wavy, light-colored hair is styled in a soft bob that catches the light, framing her face. She wears a simple, light-collared garment. The background is a stark, solid black on the left, fading into a muted gray on the right, removing all environmental distractions to keep the focus entirely on her face and pose. The composition is intimate and tightly cropped, projecting a somber, deeply focused, and dignified mood. This historic portrait represents the monumental legacy of the first Italian woman to be awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature.

Jason Arday's utterly sad death holds a stark mirror up to the dehumanising political-media-societal culture we are in – one we must all be honest about being complicit in – which forgets there is a human being at the centre of a story, a case study, an issue, a scandal. It is dehumanising.
