When I was at the University of Missouri in 2011, I was a Residence Hall Coordinator. This was before the Obama admin's Title IX "Dear Colleagues" letter. A man who lived in my dorm entered several women's dorms, jumped in bed with them, and fondled them. We expelled him. WTF Cornell?!
