My gaining is in the toilet 7 weeks and best I can manage is eating once a day. Almost didn’t post that pic yesterday as I feel so deflated. I’ve never really had a genuine encourager or just someone taking a strong interest in it. I’ve always been supportive but I’ve never let myself be selfish.
