With that additional information, it is then possible to be poltergeist activity. They are known to be able to move larger/heavier objects and tend to perform actions that are more mischievous/prank in nature. The hotels actions to the event give it credibility

The woman seems to be fairly corporeal. Is it possible that this was a parent on the complete other side of the trampoline? The light traveling through the 2 layers of the mesh netting could be making her appear more transparent than she actually is

This does look like an apparition to me. I don't think this is a case of lens flare in the image. I do see that the blue lights have a blurring to them, but the apparition does not seem to be caused by blurring. You can make out the hair style and clothing

Do you know what was used to take this picture? It could be lens flaring combined with pareidolia. If it was taken with a cellphone with a lens covering case it could cause a reflection in the image
