I don't know how many times I bring this up at the last minute between newer Thomas and Shining Time Station - but I think in terms of characters having a second chance, this was handled in STS than Sonny's Second Chance for how well its moral is handled. #Thomas&Friends #ShiningTimeStation

Thought I can do a test of one of my own YT videos onto here since I don't have to worry about being under time limits. So I chose the one everyone remembers from the Leica Reel - Lily Saves Henry (and my favorite scene I wish was stayed). Enjoy! #TATMR #TTTE #HenrytheGreenEngine #MagicRailroad

When watching Really Helpful Engines 3 times, I didn't notice they swapped the Bookstall and Topham's office for Railway Stories until I saw ThomasTheorist's review on the special. I think having it between Platform 3-4 in the central part is a great idea and having the bookstall on Platform 1.

I swear, the ongoing trend of James and Percy being voiced by the same actor in the Thomas franchise is both mind-blowing and crazy!

This seems too early, but I can't contain myself - October 9th of this year marks the 42nd anniversary of the successful adaptation of the RWS "Thomas (the Tank Engine) & Friends" - and w/ Railway Stories added, here's to the cast & crew: @marawilson.bsky.social, @keithwickham.bsky.social,

Is it Laura Haruna, or is it Lily Stone? Jokes aside, it's Laura cosplaying as Lily from Thomas & the Magic Railroad as her Halloween costume if you may. #Hamtaro #LauraHaruna #TMSEntertainment #GullaneEntertainment #TTTE #TATMR #TottokoHamutaro #MagicRailroad #Artwork

This may also be one that will get debunked easily before we know - but another actor I'd like to see on Thomas: Railway Stories (and she really needs to be on the Thomas cast for a long time) - Maria Darling as Emily since Rosie is casted w/ a child actress, so I don't see why not for her.

While Thomas & the Rainbow being nominated for a BAFTA is so wrong (those ppl don't even check previous Thomas episodes in the Classic era like Deputation for said-award?). But let's not forget, there are a few times where good awards are given like those 2 for highest selling DVD/Parent's Choice.

This is a random idea, but something occurred to me: If Shining Time Station had a 5th family special, one decent ideal plot would be all four of the Shining Time kids (Dan, Kit, Becky and Kara) being shrunken down to Mr. Conductor's size (no thanks to Schemer or Schemee who found his bag...

What if those 2 different scenes of Diesel 10 and Mr. Conductor's encounter were combined into one scene in TATMR? Like, Diesel 10 could still say his line from the script and after he says "Let me make myself quite clear", he then grabs Mr. C. w/ Pinchy and hijacks him to the Big Dipper w/ Thomas

See a babe, post a babe That's the sort of thing Stan would say, especially when watching Hillary's only spotlight episode (no love for Noel though - he needs an ep to himself too).

Random observation when I say that while I enjoy Ham Ham Halloween, it's such a bizarre way that despite not dubbing the rest of the show in English, they opted to choose one of them from one of the remaining seasons and label it as a special. Did anyone else feel that too? #Hamtaro #HamHam

Railway Stories and All Engines Go cross parallel anyone? I mean one actor reprising his character role between original and reboot and the other reprising himself as a different character.

I am so tempted to tryout one of the new voices in Thomas & Friends: Railway Stories - since Chris Woodworth as Henry is one of better voices for the our big green engine, I thought why not? Still needs more work, but I hope you like it - hope there's no postal disasters 😅 #HenrytheGreenEngine

HOT TAKE: I prefer Django Bevan and Chris Woodworth as Gordon and Henry over Keith Wickham (and Kerry Shale as Henry). I know that's the voices ppl associate the most and he has great line deliveries, but the voices are just too manufactured (w/ Henry's breath struggle and Gordon too boisterous).

Probably unintentional, but Henry pulling the post train is a nice little callback to (probably) the only time he pulled the mainline post train since "Thomas, Percy & the Mail Train" from Series 3 of the original show. And well, the mainline has to have a post train, not just branch lines, right?

Just finished my 2nd viewing of RHE (just need a 3rd rewatch or maybe unofficial 4th one), but I want to take a moment to say: I DIG BRUNO! I love the idea of him as being Autistic and that us fans can relate to him - never watched him in AEG just b/c, but in this reboot, he emotes really well!

Dunno how I'm gonna say this, but I once had a crazy dream I had (I know it's silly, but in a good way) - thinking back to the STS characters who were originally in the pre-1999 drafts of TATMR. In the scene where C. Jr takes Lily w/ him to the Island of Sodor. However, in my dream, it's the same

Just saw my first viewing of Really Helpful Engines, and I will give an overall thoughts after the 3rd rewatch. Only thing to bring up that caught me off guard how Django Bevan as Gordon sounded eerily similar to Kerry Shale from the previous CGI Series (except more British), but in a good way.

And finally, here's the Renaissance era. Won't be redoing BWBA or even Jack & the Pack cause the rankings work the way they are. While it's an overrated era of the show in my opinion, but I can look back fondly for my favorite episodes. Template: Zackery Early/Thomas&MediaFan #Thomas&Friends

PanoramicViewStudios @panoramicview21.bsky.social · 16/09/2026

Here's my full rank of the entire HiT model era (why having them separate when it can be one?). While this caused the downfall of Thomas (no thanks to the writer's bible), however I have nostalgia for that era and several good gems come from it to rewatch. Template: Zackery Early #Thomas&Friends

163

PanoramicViewStudios @panoramicview21.bsky.social · 16/09/2026

Series 7 is my least favorite of the 2 Gullane seasons for obvious reasons (HiT's involvement, some mischaracterizations, the yearly release schedule, etc.). However, it's not too bad and there are a bunch of great episodes I enjoy and some I find decent. Template: Zackery Early #Thomas&Friends

163

PanoramicViewStudios @panoramicview21.bsky.social · 16/09/2026

S6 and 7 are what I can call the 'mid-Classic' or Gullane era - they have a return to form post-TATMR but spell the beginning of the end, but not too noticeable. Season 6 has great humor and is kinda the first 'new' Thomas season I watched on VHS/DVD. Template: Zackery Early #Thomas&Friends

062

PanoramicViewStudios @panoramicview21.bsky.social · 16/09/2026

Ah, Season 5 - both the standout and favorite Thomas season of mine that while it's the first full non-Awdry season, but FEELS Railway Series-ish - a lot more playing w/ tone, slice of life, has great character roasts and ends the Golden Years w/ a bang! Template: Zackery Early #Thomas&Friends

183

PanoramicViewStudios @panoramicview21.bsky.social · 16/09/2026

Between this and S5, it interchanges for number one favorite season - but S4 is definitely another one of the peak seasons of Classic Thomas for its variety in tones, slice of life stories, overarching plots and stellar narration from Angelis and Carlin. Template: Zackery Early #Thomas&Friends

041

PanoramicViewStudios @panoramicview21.bsky.social · 16/09/2026

Here we have Season 3 - not much has changed, except now Trouble w/ Mud has been moved up to the C section (but I'm calling it the Neutral section) and Tender Engines is now the average one. (and this should've been saved for S4's bigger budget). Template: Zackery Early #Thomas&Friends

And now here we have S2 - which nothing has changed, except Percy & the Signal has now been placed in S tier as my 8th favorite episode of the season. And my opinion on The Runaway hasn't changed (has more padding than Better Late Than Never). Template: Zackery Early #Thomas&Friends

After watching @goddesschoo.bsky.social's recent video about alternate character choices for a few Thomas movies, I think for Tale of the Brave - don't get me wrong, I love that special, but - while Gator is a great character w/ layers and flaws to him in this and S18, there are still a few things

Here's another Thomas character voice rank - this time on Sodor's heavy metal monster: Diesel 10. Once again, this list is pure opinion, you know the drill: 1. Joe Matheson/Neil Crone (TIED) 2. Rupert Degas 3. Keith Scott 4. Stephen J. Anderson 5. Robin Smith 6. Matt Wilkinson #TTTE #Diesel10

This and Tickled Pink kinda inspired me to do James Goes Green in my series (even the moral used in this ep is what I also used as inspiration for said-story also). Also, the GWR engines Duck mentioned are the 43xx moguls. Imagine if James was based on this class (ignoring the outside cylinders).

10. Elizabeth Hanna as Old Slow Coach Voice: Madame from Babar (though a bit more British English).

150

9. Graham D. Harley as Iron Bert and Terence Bert: Rodney Stix from The Noddy Shop Terence: Edwin Jarvis from Avengers.

6. Phil Fehrle as Derek Voice: Henry's temp voice. (I mean, if Shelley Elizabeth Skinner got a role, I don't see why not for Phil to do a character voice - just not one of the main characters).

5. Benedict Campbell as BoCo Voice: Mr. Plod from The Noddy Shop.

4. Eddie Glen as Bill & Ben I can imagine his James voice from the alternate voices (one of the 13 versions) used for both of them - I mean, having the cheeky tank engine twins w/ Cockney accents would've go well for them.

150

PanoramicViewStudios @panoramicview21.bsky.social · 12/09/2026

3. Susan Roman as Daisy I think her James voice from the final cut fits Daisy more magnificently and she had also done a British accent before on Redwall.
