Looking for some help on a promotional flyer for my exhibition. So it's called "Idyllic | Industrial" but I need a tagline of sorts so folks have an idea of what the exhibition is about, and that it's photography. Something to get them interested but also explanatory.

Things to note with cheap frames... Not enough support on the corner to hold the print flat. Happened to buy a new toaster yesterday and the box is white with the right thickness to make little wedges to lodge into the frame. 👌 Good enough.

Occasionally a West Aussie team gets into the Aussie Rules footy grand final.

It's big print day! 😝 Bit nervous. I had to rejig some of the canvases because I didn't have enough framing space. I think I'm good now.🤞 I'll be at the lab with the owner while he's printing. At least I can troubleshoot while I'm there. 😯

Second set of test prints. Final colour tweaks (scaling back that blue) and booked in next Friday for the big print! 😯 That will give me plenty of time to frame half of them and then make up hanging battens for the other half. Getting serious now!

My partner just started a new job so definitely won't have long service leave next year. Last time he had long service leave I was just finishing up a long contract so we both had 3 months off and travelled. This time he won't be able to. BUT remote work is a lot more possible now!

Tootie update!! 📣 It's been a few weeks and she has settled in nicely. Sitting on the sofa with her new family. She's still not so sure about the dog yet. 😄 Keeps her distance but is curious. 🫶 Her name is Tilly now.
