Got grossed out this morning that a protein bar I like uses a ‘propoxylated’ process, which basically means the fat molecules have been surrounded by plastic molecules to, IN THEORY, keep a person from digesting the fat molecules. As if eating fat is a bad thing, and eating plastic is a good thing
