Found these dried leafy manzanita branches while I was organizing the other day. I almost want to say they’re preserved but nothing has been done to them except *time* but they’ll probably last forever. Complete with cobwebs. Got about five or six various size branches. $20-30. Hmu to claim one. 🤙

Oh by the way looks like an October 2022 redux of endless warm days. The best time of year for this type of anomaly imo. Fire danger has subsided.mornings are cool and the heat isn’t too hard to manage. Just beautiful afternoons and warm evenings.

Pretty good media day vibes once we got to the coach and players. Slight bump in the road when Deni got asked about ownership and relocation and forgot that he’s allowed to say “I’m just focused on basketball.” I’m modestly less concerned about the guard “fit” than I was before so thats great news!!

The low went ashore at the Longbeach Peninsula. A few storm reports: Salem airport: G53 Fremont Bridge: G42 Astoria-Megler Bridge: G70 Tree and power lines down on Skyline Blvd. Avoid. One harrowing late-night drive back from Eugene under a constant squall. Mostly normal weather today.

Eye popping sst anomaly. Nino region 1+2, and region 3 are running ~4c above normal and even stronger anomaly (up to 7-9c) below the surface. Just a crazy amount of heat energy. No wonder pacific hurricanes have been so active this year.

Today I had one of my monthly high clearance deliveries. We have two high clearance deliveries among our monthly subscription customers. One to an airport employee. Security is pretty tight there. Another one on an unpaved street. I have to drive my SUV for that one. Anyway now I need a car wash.
