workers needed in the fields. you can't boost industrialization and automation and at the same time complain of jobs lost. you can't boost AI and gripe that it's self-operating and programmers lose jobs, which is already happening.

you are so one-dimensional. increased seed and land yields cut prices to farmers. Roosevelt's Agricultural Adjustment Act paid farmers to leave land fallow. The increase in industrialization meant better paying jobs in places with more amenities and more efficient equipment meant fewer...
