Pictures published by DR shows that SARMAT was likely towing the dredger 'ATLANT'. The images, which I have seen, show the dredger with approximately one meter of freeboard. This could be the reason for the slow and interrupted journey.

Appears that the Anchor Handling Vessel turned Ocean-going Tug Boat is struggling with the strong currents off the coast of Jutland. At times, speeds are lower than 1 knot. Currents around a couple of knots.
