As I've grown much older I find this simple thing is absolutely valid, especially with the people you love. They may not pronounce things the way you do, they may not hold their cutlery the same way, they may not even share the same politics, however you understand them, so allow them to shine 😊🙏🫂

I found this here on BSky but unfortunately lost the source. Global sea surface temp chart showing data from 1982-2026, with this year’s temp 0.8°C warmer than the 1982-2011 average & 0.3°C warmer than any other year at this time. The chart had to be expanded upward to include this year’s line.
