dogs in the sunroom (forever/always) shout out to @zachfountain.bsky.social for the iced latte & morning tunes I enjoyed while hanging out with them. 🎵🥛

white dog with brindle spots and a brindle face stands on a grey bench mostly covered by a furry blanket. he looks out a window, wood panel wall behind him and small wreath above him

two dogs with pointy ears and matching red collars; the close one is tan and white and looking at the camera while the white spotted pup behind her looks out the window

a black dog with greying face has her head down and looks up at the camera, pressed against the back of a white dog with small and large brindle spots

I realize that Bond orders that very complicated martini in ‘Casino Royale’ to convey an air of sophistication and attention-to-detail, but he really should have gotten my drink: Half Coke half Diet Coke

a man with dark curly hair, closed eyes, and glasses leans into the dog he's cuddling on his lap. the dog is white with a brindle mask and green collar. they're both content.

if you'd like me to return a call as quickly as possible send me this text. (you'll also witness my heart both try to escape via my throat and drop to my stomach simultaneously.)

text message that reads in part: call me if you have a minute I had a mishap need to discuss with you

I am tricked every Christmas when @zachfountain.bsky.social wraps a gift in a gift and/or disguises a small (in size) gift as a large one. (it's the best!)

If you’re feeling a bit down try to remember there are thousands of tiny mites living on your face and to those tiny mites your face is the whole world.

drew some derpy looking lizards for Steve AND some nightjars for Brian --- #brushpen #sketchbook #illustration #kidlitart #lizards #birds

photo of a sketchbook open to two pages with four drawings of crested geckos and four drawings of nightjars. drawings are made with a brown brush pen. the crested geckos have huge eyes and eyelashes, are crouching, standing, and sticking their tongue out. there are two drawings of a flying pennant nightjar. there is a drawing of a great eared nightjar on a branch, and a frogmouth nightjar with a baby frogmouth nightjar.

I just sang "After Hours" by the Velvet Underground to my dogs, and one in particular seemed quite impressed and enthusiastic. Feeling good!
