One of my favorite things to do is test #crochet patterns for the amazing creators who honor me with their trust. This Waypoint Beanie Pattern by @greenfoxfarms (IG) wasn't hard at all and turned out really pretty. This is the toddler size. The pattern includes toddler to large adult instructions.

Breakfast! Mr. C made me some hard boiled eggs. I got myself some really good quality butter for on my biscottes. 😋 3 day diet prep for colonoscopy. Must avoid fiber & lactose. Allowed butter & aged cheese. Lactose is in the whey which gets separated out from butter and cheese. #GetAColonoscopy

Bonne Maman's Little All Butter Pound Cake

DESSERTS - Easy

PREPARATION:

Preheat the oven to 170°C (325°F).

Weigh out 3 eggss (shells on) and then measure out the same weights of butter, sugar, and flour.

Whisk together the whole eggs, sugar, and a pinch of salt until the mixture is pale and creamy.

Sift the flour with half a packet of baking powder and gradually whisk it into the egg and sugar mixture.

Once the mixture is smooth, pour in the melted butter and mix until a homogeneous batter forms.

Pour the batter into small, greased and floured loaf pans.

Bake for 10 minutes at 170°C (325°F).

Turn the cakes out onto a wire rack and let them cool.
