I had a 15 year break away from doing music, came back to it about 3 years ago and I was astounded that they had only recently (the last 2 years or so) updated Reaktor for ARM based Macs. Shocking. They've fallen so far from where they were. I won't ever spend money with them again.

For my third typeface, I decided to create a condensed display typeface, called Over It. I designed three weights, bold, regular, and light.

Over It is on the page both right side up and upside down. Condensed Display Bold | Regular | Light

Watching this Apple event tout how iPhones will soon be able to record ambient audio/conversations and transcribe "high level notes" for you. It's billed as private and end-to-end encrypted, but I think the bigger harm is the normalization of always-listening devices. It's creepy and not normal.

Personally, the only thing I like the Nik Collection for is Silver Efex Pro. However I do have to admit that I haven't touched it once since using the black & white film emulations in FilmPack 8 in conjunction with PhotoLab.

I had a long hiatus from tinkering with music stuff (about 15 years) and it's just incredible to see the number of indie developers that have quality that easily rivals "the big players" out there (in my opinion anyway). I am so very looking forward to the future of all those devs I mentioned!
