There’s not really a true fix to this under a 12+ team playoff. You’re casting a wide enough net now that you’re always going to get some Not Elite teams playing Elite teams. We’ve should expect blowouts every year, but occasionally we’ll probably get some exciting upsets to balance it out.

#Gators wrap up the 2024 season with a 33-8 win to finish 8-5. If you’d told us after week 3 that the season would finish this way, we would’ve laughed at you. Florida is now on a 4-game win streak, including two ranked upsets, a rivalry blowout, and a bowl. Strong momentum going into 2025.

I hate criticizing broadcasts but the production of this Florida-Tulane game has been brutal. And yet Andre Ware has somehow been the worst part of it. Completely unprepared, factually wrong with names and backgrounds, and the then scored the hat trick with awful in-game analysis.
