The Foo Fighters are having a concert down the street from where I live. I live in a residential neighbourhood, & the arena is open air. The city has a by-law that states that all concerts being held at this arena must end no later than 11 p.m. It's 10:30 p.m. Fingers crossed they'll be done by 11.
