treating some organic substrate for a heavy fungus gnat infestation using a bacterial agent and reducing their numbers + increasing humidity made mushrooms start appearing in the bins.. my home life has become kind of a series of 5th grade science experiments

it's not bad! i choose to do it over subq since the idea of injecting into my stomach area wigs me out haha. it also has a much lower risk of the T leaking out! the needle length can be intimidating initially but i don't really feel it when i inject

it wont help with pain necessarily but for the bleeding have you tried z-tracking? admittedly not sure if it works for subq but i do my partners shots and he tends to bleed a lot, but i managed to stop it by using a z-tracking technique

AHHHH ok yeah that might both affect it! the higher gauge needles plus it getting dulled from the draw up yeah. also woops i forgot a lot of people do subcutaneous so struggling to switch sites makes more sense there (i do intramuscular)

i know skin can thicken over time, i alternate legs each dose and haven't had an issue so picking the same site could be a factor? also you probably already are, but are you swapping from the 18G to draw up to a ~23G or so for the injection?

regardless of how you feel about the site itself, it feels like FA is one of the last few havens for adult artwork, and i'm very anxious to see what happens with them. imo losing FA would be a huge blow to artists, furries, and the fight against censorship simultaneously :/
