(cw #doll #dollkink #preg) there's more, with older designs before we figured out how to make the plumeria flowers-over-the-exposed-eye look work. but we didnt post them because we were embarrassed for some reason 2/2

a slightly earlier dolldae design with an 'x' eye instead of flowers. the 'x' eye was specifically inspired by bagoflenas' dolls!

dolldae, looking away as a tailwind blows her hair, capelet, bow, dress and skirt. this one was specifically modeled after a sprite in ch5 of deltarune. you probably know the one

dolldae having fallen over. it's very physically weak. its cane is on the floor, and it is propping itself up with its arms behind it, its head hanging.

a white porcelain doll with curly hair covering its one intact eye, the other overgrown with seven plumeria flowers. it appears pregnant, and has its left hand on its belly, right on its cane, head bowed in a seemingly thoughtful and contemplative pose. but being a doll, there's nothing in there, it's just shaped, moves and acts like it's pregnant. its outfit consists of a turtlenecked purple coat, a dark skirt and frilled capelet, and a pink bow tying its jacket into shape under its belly. pointy, undetailed porcelain feet are barely visible from under the skirt, and clearly not detailed or articulated enough to enable balanced standing, hence the cane.

artist's commentary on this one, this is one of those things where we have to analogize our actual experience (being shaped, socially accepted and treated as pregnant but not actually having a womb and even then, not having anything in there if there was one. and yet pregnancy is still meaningful to us as identity, presentation and self-expression, and we already look like a pregnant woman. so there are parallels, here, that we find meaningful and cathartic. also, dolls are cute! anyway this is like halfway vent art halfway kink art. engage with it as you will
