I’m a big fan of this, but feel they will still attract/retain a good enough level of mercenaries to win a cup (or two) which would then get them into Europe, from where they could steamroll the (UEFA Conference League and then the) UEFA Europa League and thus be back in the UEFA Champions League…

My last comment on the transfer window: Would you overpay for either Rogers or Barcola knowing the sale of Myles and/or Ethan would facilitate the move? It’s 100% no for me… And yes, I firmly blame citeh, the chavs, and recently the spuds for overinflating the market.

I understand it. We’re not going to get big 💵 for Jesus, Vieira, Nelson. Martinelli only goes if we sign a 💵💵💵 FWD, so that will be another big financial hit! Midfield STACKED. If there was Spanish interest in Zubi and or Merino you think that might work, but otherwise, it’s Ethan and/or MLS 😢😢😢
