Last summer, I took my mom on a train ride through the Rocky Mountains. Early in the morning, we watched the fog slowly roll away as the sun rose behind the mountains. This tiny painting brings me back to that moment with my mom. The awe, the beauty, the wonder. #blueskyart #tinyart

Close up of a left hand holding a small rectangular painting of a pale blue sky with a foggy mountain and faint trees in the foreground.

This author came to speak at my elementary school! I thought it was the coolest thing ever to meet a published author. Not sure what that says about my age though. 🤣

I would also look into ways of supporting your nervous system along with adjusting your diet. It may look different for you but things that have helped me include reiki, acupuncture, and listening to binaural beats music. What we eat is only part of it, there’s also digestion. All the best to you!

Ash Wednesday thoughts. We are made of the dust from stars - valuable, precious beings who matter. And yet, to stardust we will return. Our time is short, those in power will come and go, anxieties, grief, victories and joy alike will pass. What will last? Love. So: how will I love today?

A quote that reads, “From stardust we came, to stardust we return” is highlighted in white text on top of a dark grey box which is on a background painting of the Milky Way galaxy. A small watermark at the bottom right corner reads “@olivechanart.”
