Lungwort lichen (Lobaria pulmonaria) - a combination of a Fungus an Algae and a photosynthesising Cyanobacteria. It shape and colour make it easy to mistake for leaves at a passing glance. Its presence in a woodland is an indicator of high air quality. County Clare, Ireland.

A "neighbor" about a mile up our rural road keeps his out year round. He now has 4 of them, plus a few 6 or 7ft tall, and giant 5ft skeleton dog. We prefer his yard more than the neighbor next door to him that has the Trump flag & banner.

My brother bundled with them years ago. First was robo calls they wouldn't stop, he went online & changed his phone # to the local time & temp info line. Downhill from there, like his rate went up because they couldn't advertise affliates via robo call to him. This was before blocking/spam filters.
