If they don’t drop it at all until the final card at the last 5 seconds then it’s an AI ad

021

hello @official.cptkrb.net · 29/09/2026

I like how ads in the present day are so uniform that the only way you can tell the project being advertised is what off topic brand they name drop like 15-20 seconds into the generic success story

segmenting it up is genuinely insanely helpful, often I’ll step away from a track that im really not liking the sound of and then come back 2 hours later and find I actually really really like it and just needed a bit to think about

after writing music for over 5 years at this point for videos and such I still pretty much consistently feel like im just stumbling blindly around and occasionally I get very lucky and find a sound that works but usually not

a not inconsiderable part of the reason the Scary Videos project is taking so long is cuz any attempt at investigating period media surrounding scary videos on youtube is drowned out by ten million pop history shortform videos about """The Oldest Analog Horror Video On Youtube Explained!!!!"""

I’ve never actually heard wonderwall in its entirety unaltered and as a result I almost exclusively associate the vocals from it with various lapfox songs that sample it

the more I write these characters the more I really genuinely start to care about them and, ironically, the more anxious I become about writing them more lest they become less real in the process somehow

I’ve begun to keep a new short document every day where I just put down every disconnected thought I have to be organized later lest I forget them

I’d imagine this is normal but it’s interesting regardless I think. I hope the story gets told right when it’s all said and done

been writing quite a bit of fiction for the narrative of a game I’m going to attempt making; maybe because the story is important to me, I feel a constant hesitancy to write over fear that I won’t put it down the way it’s supposed to be, that I’m going to tell my own story wrong
