I got a new #tattoo yesterday from the artist who did the #SeattleKraken Pride jersey design this year. The tattoo combines their love of bright colours and #Pride, and my love of those AND #Python

A forearm tattoo of the Python programming language log. It has a chunky black outline, and is filled with a circuitboard pattern, in all the colours of the Progress flag.

It looks really keen. 😀

My sister, in #Edmonton Alberta, was sent this abomination of a form to sign before my niece would be allowed to participate in school sports. Now her choice is to comply with this transphobic shit, or to remove my niece from sports she's played since she was able to lace on skates.

Under this legislation, athletes 12 and older wishing to participate in a female-only league (team), class (this does not include physical education class) or division of a relevant sport, must submit a signed Fairness and Safety in Sport confirmation form prior to participation (including try-outs and practices).

The purpose of this confirmation is to confirm your child athlete's eligibility for participation in a female-only league (team), class or division of a relevant sport under the provincial legislation. This requirement applies to athletes aged 12 and older wishing to participate in a female-only league (team), class or division of a relevant sport

This form is to be completed by the parent/legal guardian and be returned to the school. Once the school receives the signed confirmation form for your child, this form will support all future participation in activities outlined under the Fairness and Safety in Sport Act at a Division school. To support this the confirmation form will be retained on your child's school record.
