I re-did my 9 games that define me, I feel much better about it even if this will never be perfect. Idea to describe each one in the ALT text I stole from @pixlplume.bsky.social 😅

1. Super Mario All-Stars - my love for these NES games (particularly SMB3) began with these SNES remasters
2. Final Fantasy - the first RPG I beat, when I was like 5, I think I learned how to read from this game
3. Pokemon Red - was introduced into the world of emulation from this game, yarrrrr
4. RPG Maker 2000 - thousands of hours spent, still haven't completed a project from beginning to end but led me down the path to one day become a game designer
5. The Adventures of Rad Gravity - the birth of my YouTube channel, and so MANY life events from this one game
6. Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance - my favourite stream project ever, and really one of the earliest I can recall that really gave birth to my Retro Spack streams
7. Mario Kart 8 - many of my current day friends once gathered around the HD puddles of Donut Plains 3 (SNES), and we continue to hang out in virtual form and sometimes even in real life
8. Clubhouse Games: 51 Worldwide Classics - a casual pick up and play game that helped close the distance between my wife and I as we patiently waited for paperwork to file across countries, and continue to now enjoy in our living room
9. Ring Fit Adventure - my never ending goal to get in shape and feed the Good Wolf, one of my favourite gaming and fitness experiences ever

A growing number of low-quality, misleading, and stolen titles are cluttering the Nintendo Switch eShop, turning what was once a relatively curated digital storefront into a minefield for buyers, according to a detailed investigation published earlier this year. 🔽

A Provincial Times graphic featuring Shane Luis of Rerez at a microphone, set above a white headline that reads: "Nintendo eShop flooded with low-quality 'eSlop,' critic says after spending hundreds on junk games."

I started a new Let's Play to celebrate my 18 years on YouTube! Seeing how the first game I played, Rad Gravity was 18 years old when I began making content, figured it would be fun to play a now 18 year old game, Super Smash Bros. Brawl! www.youtube.com/watch?v=txxq...

To that end I'm starting a new bundle to benefit a layoffs hardship fund. Game devs: please consider submitting your PAID games to the bundle, which will launch in July.
