It's a great idea on paper, but corporations subsidize employee health insurance as part of the benefits package (to varying degrees) for recruitment/retention purposes. What would be a corporation's incentive do this for non-employee citizens?

This week I have had a journal auto-reject my paper for "detection of AI use" when no AI was used and another submission site refusing to acceptt my uploaded files because every file had a "virus detected". Did I get black listed from scientific writing or something?
