タタル、ロウェナ、アメリアンスとヒカセンと出会うやり手の方たちに続いたんだったか、シャリタツが描きたくて逆算でハンコックを選んだんだったか、そんな動機だった覚えがある。したたかなエセ和風の雰囲気が大変良く合ってる二人かと思います。ウルダハのストリート暮らしの頃に出会ったスナヘビと今も一緒です。ハンコック自体にもどことなく蛇を感じるんですが、掴みどころがない狡猾な感じがそうなのか、某海賊漫画の女帝の印象のせいか… シャリタツとはクガネで商会の番頭を担うようになってから意気投合を果たしていそう。和モチーフのポケモンはひんがしの国のNPC用にある程度温存してるんですが、まだまだ少ないですね～～。

And yes, there are still semi-regular outbreaks of the plague, including pneumonic plague, worldwide, because there are plenty of animal reservoirs! There are a few cases of it in the US every year, too. It's easily treated if you get medical care immediately after symptoms start.

Because it's buried at the bottom of the article and CNN is presenting it in a misleading way: before people worry, the "unknown" part is how the worker was exposed, the pathogen is good old fashioned Y. pestis which we understand extremely well and can treat just fine if caught early

Redoing D&D's playable species so that instead of having "races" you just pick a standard monster type (Construct, Elemental, Fey, Humanoid, Undead, etc.) and roll or choose from a list of type-appropriate features. Owing to how the type feature tables are laid out, orcs are now plants.
