Should only entities seeking to maximize profit be subject to antitrust enforcement? No, argues Prof. Daniel Francis in a new paper calling for looking past the profit paradigm. ow.ly/A9xM50Y4UC6
"The surge of interest in antitrust over the last decade or so, and a chorus of calls to use antitrust enforcement in new or expanded ways, have brought antitrust policy into contact with a broader set of contexts and practices."
