A year ago, an NYU Law center found the legal field's equivalent of true internet virality: an essay written for the NYU Democracy Project on the unitary executive theory was called a "bombshell" in the NYT & drew mention in party briefs & oral arguments for Trump v. Slaughter at the Supreme Court.
