Ich kann mir schon vorstellen, dass Leute wie Porschi nur an Massenabschiebungen denken. Und die Gewalt dann leider notwendig ist. Und man am Ende halt erschrocken (und ein bisschen erleichtert) wegsehen musste. Soviel Verdrängung ist locker drin.

This part seems like the interesting one. Yes, there are rules. But also, once a person becomes kind of identical with the family name, it is more used like a mononym. And this is not rule based and more of an unofficial convention by broad consensus. And von Papen has probably never reached that
