Yes, Einstein would most likely prefer a federated one state solution over a 2-state solution that forces displacement of many peoples on both sides, or the current apartheid state.

There were people in Israel and Palestine who worked towards peace, but Netanyahu, and American far-right warmongers worked to disrupt it, and Netanyahu helped Qatar fund Hamas in the interest of divide and conquer: www.timesofisrael.com/for-years-ne...

For years, Netanyahu propped up Hamas. Now it’s blown up in our faces
The premier's policy of treating the terror group as a partner, at the expense of Abbas and Palestinian statehood, has resulted in wounds that will take Israel years to heal from

It's not "ancient history" when the Netanyahu line who thwarted efforts at peace in the 1930s, 1990s, and 2000s are still in power.

"No Betar members cheered Hitler" lmao
The Militarization of the Revisionist Movement

Jabotinsky's last act was to inspect a Betar parade. Betar, the
Revisionist youth organization, was described by a number of critics as
another "brown shirt" movement of the 1930s.

Jabotinsky constantly explained it was just an accident that his youth wore the same brown shirts as the Nazis' Sturm Abteilung , but the image of the Revisionists as the Jewish Nazis persisted. The similarities - chauvinism, militarism, a demagogic appeal to the middle classes and a hatred of the labor movement and the left - were simply too obvious to be ignored. ... It is known that several Betarim did in fact attend Fascist Party training schools. Terrorist attacks on Zionist rivals were routine in Poland.

When Robert Gessner, an American Communist journalist, was in
Poland in the mid-30s, he saw the Betarim in Poland "march through the
streets and wear shirts like their Nordic brothers in Germany. ...I had seen
them singing 'Poland for Pilsudski, Germany for Hitler, Palestine for
Jews.' " Although this particular slogan may have been new, the militarization of Revisionism was not. Joseph Schechtman, Jabotinsky's official biographer, reports that between July 1924 and February 1925 every public meeting in Paris addressed by Jabotinsky

was the scene of well-planned heckling and disturbance [by Jewish Communists and Bundists]. ...Young supporters of Jabotinsky organized a "self defense" composed mainly of the Student Corps, Barissa. ... When the usual riot had started, the troublemakers were soundly thrashed and kicked rather roughly downstairs.

In Palestine they, along with the "Battalion of the Defenders of the
Language," "repeatedly broke up meetings in Yiddish on the grounds that
speaking a 'Diaspora' language in Palestine was profaning Zion.

That said, Einstein would probably be considered an anti-Zionist by today's standards as he opposed borders and ethno-nationalism, was more of a cultural Zionist than a political Zionist, and wouldn't like the kind of 2SS that today's liberal Zionists puah.

Albert Einstein, who is a pro-peace Zionist who was asked to be president of Israel, called the party of Herut (now Likud, the party of Netanyahu) "closely akin in its organization, methods, political philosophy and social appeal to the Nazi and Fascist parties." He condemned Zionist terrorism.

Revisionist Zionism (that of Netanyahu and his paternal lineage) was modeled after Mussolini's fascism. In Poland, members of Betar would chant for Hitler. Bibi's grandfather helped the murderers of a pro-Peace Labor Zionist Haim Arlosoroff escape, and Bibi encouraged the murder of Yitzhak Rabin.

All hope is lost only in the scenario where the climate returns to normal. This is an indisputable fact. But there's a range of possibilities for humanity, and our current course will lead to doom.

All hope is lost to fix the climate in our lifetime. The options available range from a kinda shitty future to have to deal with (that is mostly manageable) to a planet hostile to our continued existence on it. To get to the best case scenario requires immediate action.

Seeing this just fills me with absolute despair at the climate situation. We are still at peak emissions. We haven't even begun decreasing emissions and even if we did, the warming that's baked from past emissions will last for centuries. We're cooked.

Sort of insane fact about how broken US urban planning is—America now spends more building *just the lights for roads and highways* than on all subways & ground mass transit combined Spending on roadway *pavement* is 18x transit spending

It's telling that nobody complaining about Nader is talking about the solution: Ranked Choice Voting. Maybe the grifter pundits just don't actually care about who wins elections.
000
ntm @ntm.bsky.social · 30/09/2026
It was Bush 1, Jeb Bush, Clarence Thomas, and Robert Stone who all coordinated to steal the 2000 election and Gore's fault for giving up the fight a quarter century ago. That said, are you going to push for RCV so spoilers can't happen again?
100
ntm @ntm.bsky.social · 30/09/2026
You have me confused as a fan of Ralph Nader. I do not like spoiler candidates, that's why I push for Ranked Choice Voting so we never have Ralph Nader or Jill Stein spoil another election, and still allow voters to have their say. Also, we have bigger fish to fry with voting rights on the line.
100
ntm @ntm.bsky.social · 30/09/2026
Gore barely won against a failson candidate, so he at least did something right until giving up the fight when the recount would have given him the victory.
010
ntm @ntm.bsky.social · 30/09/2026
Nader did that as a consumer advocate? Or are you pointed out profound consequences of election? Think you're ascribing too much power to Nader when it was Bush 1 who appointed corrupt Supreme Court Justices, and Clinton who eliminated Glass-Steagall, empowering Wall Street to capture politicians.
010
ntm @ntm.bsky.social · 30/09/2026
Somehow, I don't see people hating spoiler candidates enough to advocate for spoiler-free politics through Ranked Choice Voting. I guess playing the victim perpetually as a pundit is easier than trying to actually do what it takes to win.
000
ntm @ntm.bsky.social · 30/09/2026
If they wanted to actually address the problem of spoiler candidates, they would push for Ranked Choice Voting. But you never see pundits like this advocating for any such systemic change.
020
ntm @ntm.bsky.social · 30/09/2026
Never again. That's why it's important to push for Ranked Choice Voting in your state so that third parties can never be spoilers. Join @fairvote.bsky.social and call your representative
000
ntm @ntm.bsky.social · 30/09/2026
If you actually want to stop future Ralph Naders and Jill Steins from becoming spoilers, make sure to call your representatives and ask them to support Ranked Choice Voting, and join your local chapter of @fairvote.bsky.social But then you'd have to find another talking point to blame the left.

ntm @ntm.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

Larry H Summers was who Epstein was talking to when the topic of Ralph Nader came up. And judging by the context, it didn't seem like either of them liked Nader.
020
ntm @ntm.bsky.social · 30/09/2026
And? Just being in his address book, not in any flight log, or having any correspondence just shows that Epstein thought of him as a guy with influence. The only mention in emails talks about how RCV would remove the spoiler effect of Ralph Nader, and help centrists win. As for Larry H Summers...
