My daughter lost her job in April and she waited over 8 weeks to hear back from Mass SNAP for an increase from the $24 a month she was receiving. Then, she had to lobby to get back payment because they didn’t automatically provide it. Mass had had a high error rate and they are cracking down. 1/2
