TLDR: Fur Affinity's advertising partners are demanding that they ban adult content. Sciggles and FA want to firmly tell them to go fuck themselves. If they're going to be able to afford to do that, they need the community's help. Pitch in. Keep furry weird. www.furaffinity.net/journal/1143...

#oc:Lae #Laemir #Gposers Is it gay to kiss your childhood friend while visiting your hometown together? Asking for a friend...

Lae bending down to give Samir a kiss. Samir, fearing his quip would be the last, reflects such in fish face. Lae on the other hand, is calm, concentrated.

Samir focuses in on Lae as they brush noses. Lae's intentions clear with his lean for a kiss

A kiss. Lae's fingers are are dug into his sleeve, Samir reciprocating contact with a grasp of his own, Samir's other hand traces Lae's jaw, while Lae's other hand grips lightly around Samir's ponytail, ready to tug when he so desires. Behind them, the royal city of Rabanastre is represented by its sand colored tile mixed with orange & green bricks. The non-windowed brick have an intricate swirl design, while the windows are accompanied by the orange tile

In regard to FurAffinity being at risk due to censorship: Furries are now political targets. We are getting namedropped at high levels of government. They know that we are a large, influential, largely queer, community. Fighting for the spaces owned by our community is incredibly important

an illustration of ryne and gaia. In the foreground, the two of them are sitting in the middle of a field of pink flowers, with the crystal tower visible behind a hill covered in flowers, while a close-up of their portraits, eyes closed, fills the background. Ryne's expression and position echo my earlier minfilia entry as well !!

Exactly. I am tired of seeing the “I always knew”/“their work was actually bad” takes whenever allegations emerge. Sometimes—often, actually!—bad people find their way into good spaces and make good things. And you’re not better than the folks who were taken advantage of for “always knowing”

Pro tip: you don’t have to comm artists to boost and support them. People claim they can’t support artists and creators because they are financially strapped, but they can still boost posts, comment, like, and in general just be supportive! It’s completely free outside of an internet connection ;)

The thing about being annoyed by your friends is recognizing if it's an issue that needs to be addressed (your friend speaks loudly over others) or something that is just a one time thing and can be overlooked.

I just remembered I had a dream that they gave me a machine to keep track of my stress and that if it ever got too high it would explode and kill me instantly, it was the "solution" to the slow death that stress causes. The meter would always shoot up whenever I opened any social media site.
