Exercising to stay mobile isn’t as complicated as exercising to get buff. I do a flowing calisthenics (or dumb bell if I want some resistance) routine alternated with cardio (light jog) the following day, weekends off or something like mat Pilates (at home). I don’t like gyms, dumb bells are cheap
