iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

Got sick of Instagram reels never embedding properly in Discord and watching the url fixes (kkinstagram, etc) constantly fail, so I programmed my bot to ask if the sender of a recognized url wants the embed to be fixed, then calls yt-dlp to temporarily save the videos and edits it into the reply 😌🖕

Important notice for streamers: There's a new opt-out on Twitch to disallow them from using your content to train generative AI. It can be found at the very bottom of www.twitch.tv/settings/sec...

A screenshot of CareFreeBomb's twitch channel settings with the "Training for Generative AI" option circled in red so others know where to find the setting and turn it off.

It's the Super Mario Bros. 3 box art for the NES, but Mario is replaced with the raccoon from the quoted post's photo.

The state of Minecraft is so fucking bleak that people get excited for an update every three months that adds the ability to sit on a cushion to a 17 year old game

Sometimes I daydream about a return-to-eldritch-form Quake 5 with a punctual campaign, freeze tag, and a Reznor/Ross soundtrack @xbox.com you own id now, right? Who do I pitch to, get Asha on the line. Tell her I work for rent and red bull, and I promise not to make any Romero Daikatana ad jokes

probably because the entire legends series never cumulatively even cracked 1 million sales, sadly they have the money to do it, but they prob wouldn't make their money back i'd rather have a brand new Mega series anyway, ZX and Star Force were... well, 20 years ago

I post this every few months and it never seems to gain any traction, but I'll continue shouting at the void that StreamElements is based in Tel Aviv, Israel, and everyone on twitch should really switch their alerts, chatbots, merch shops, and donation pages to a service not actively funding zionism

Couple sketches of the First and Second Children, messing with perspectives I don't try too often.

Sketches of Asuka Langley Soryu and Rei Ayanami in their plug suits from Neon Genesis Evangelion.
Asuka stands with one hand on her hip, the other flipping back her hair, giving a wink to the viewer slightly below her.
Rei floats almost ethereally as she blankly stares upward. Her arms hang loosely behind her as if succumbing to gravity.

Electronic DJs be like

It's technically Filburt from Rocko Modern Life's son from some 2019 special or something, but pretend it's actually him in front of the old Nickelodeon DJ commercial bump with text that says "Turn the knob, raise your hands." It's a DJ joke. The character on the cartoon used to say "turn the page, wash your hands." I am not funny. Please clap.

Another reminder to all content creators that SteamElements is based in Tel Aviv, Israel. There are plenty of alternative methods for alerts and chat overlays, and I'm very capable and happy to provide assistance.
