I wish people would stop sanitizing words. Unhoused is homeless/ destitute. Deportation is human trafficking. Sex with children is rape. Food insecurity is hunger or starvation. We need to say what we mean and not try to sugarcoat terms. It’s my pet peeve. I’ll get off my soapbox now.
