I think this is extortion — UPS says I have to PAY THEM TO DELIVER A PACKAGE or they will send the package back. I can’t even ask to pick it up from a local UPS store. I HAVE SUBSCRIBE to for that feature. Do I really have to cancel my Monday plans?

I love this building. At one time, NYC valued water, gas, and electricity as a public utility. NYC also had public radio and TV stations. It still has a newspaper, The City Record! When I think about the future of internet access and AI, there has to be a public option.
