One shift at Tim Horton's in the financial district. I was always kind to food service and retail employees bc I'm not a horrible person, but that single shift convinced me that I needed to be way nicer to them. Finance bros are the fucking worst. Just, like, the most entitled shitbags.

Anyone else watching Crystal Lake? I'm four eps in and, as a really big Friday fan, I have concerns. Things are happening that do not feel, to me, in line with canon (as spotty and ridiculous as that canon may be). I say this as someone who unironically enjoys both Jason X and Jason Goes to Hell.

TTC gave my mom conditional eligibility for Wheel Trans, so she can use it during rush hour (6:30am - 10am and 3:30pm - 7pm). If she tries to request a ride outside of these times, it won’t get booked. She goes to work for 6am. 🤔

"these researchers published a paper on something that literally any of us could have told you 🙄" ok well my supervisors wont let me write something in my thesis unless I can back it up with a citation so maybe it's a good thing that they're amplifying your voice to the scientific community in a way that prevents people from writing off your experiences as annecdotal evidence
they did the research in the first place because they believed you and wanted to tell people about it. they are not our enemies.

I just ordered a breakfast sandwich, but once I started eating it, I realized that bread is currently Not Okay for my arfid, so now I'm taking it apart and eating what's inside. It took me too long to realize that this is just eating eggs with the extra step of removing bread. 😅
